Breakfast was great! staff was nice and polite, it needs some improvement such as the elevators, and some better cleaning in the rooms, but overall it was nice for the price.

I stayed at this hotel while traveling with a pet and was placed on the second floor, while the lobby was located on the third floor. Unfortunately, the second floor felt more like a basement than a hotel room area. The property appeared outdated and did not feel particularly comfortable or welcoming, especially when traveling alone. The bed was noticeably sagging and uncomfortable, and the room and overall property are in serious need of updating. Additionally, breakfast costs more than $20 per person, and there is a $10 nightly parking fee, which felt excessive given the overall quality of the stay. Overall, I did not feel that the experience was worth the price, and I would not recommend this hotel, particularly to someone traveling alone.

This was an awesome find while we were on the road and booking a stay within Virginia Wine Country. The B&B owners were super friendly and were great in providing insight into were to go nearby. Our room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The property has great views and has its own charming vineyard, which is used to produce their own wines.. A complimentary wine tasting was provided and wines by the bottle were available for purchase. Breakfast was top notch and they were very accommodating in trying to meet everyone's dietary needs. We will definitely be back again on a future visit as we continue to explore more of Virginia's Wine Country.

Unique and fun property with a 1960's design - both exterior and interior. It even included a 1960's pink princess telephone. But the motel had the comforts of 2026 with a jumbo size TV, comfortable bed and pillows and large bathroom. Each room had a record player with records. I was excited to spin some 33's but both the record player in my room and a second I secured from the lobby were broken. The staff said they were not familiar with how they worked and could not offer any assistance. Bummer! Parking is a block away at a public garage. The hotel offers an in and out garage pass for $20. Garage is somewhat rough around the edges. A number of restaurants beginning in the adjacent block. Even with a few disappointments, I would definitely return again.
