Brutal! Our bathroom and into our room smelled so strong of urine. It was as those a man urinated everywhere. With puddles urine under the bathroom sink everywhere. And the cleaning crew never cleaned it up. Just put on new sheets. It was the only room available. We slept with our cloths on and the window open. We complained to the front desk and she said there was nothing she could do as there were no other rooms. No refund or credit for our next stay because we booked through a 3rd party- hotels app. I’m sorry but what does that have to do with the Cleanliness of the room that you are renting!! Never staying here again. Even if it was free

Staff were friendly and helpful and location was great with plenty in walking distance.

They truly need to change their "visible" signage to their advertised name - difficult to find after a long days travels!
