I am very fortunate to have stayed in a hotel with great staff. I had an unexpected extended stay but the staff was very accommodating to my needs. My room was cleaned even though I just needed a refresh and the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The location is relatively safe and is walking distance to markets if I needed to get some items. The parking lots are well lighted and has enough accessible parking. I could have stayed and relocated at another hotel but the staff including housekeeping personnel have been generous, helpful, professional, and friendly.

The room was very clean and the staff on duty was pleasant and helpful. I really like that the hotel is not too far from the hospital.

The apt was clean and nice. Check in was a hassle. Had trouble getting the access code to get our keys. Took 45 min of back and forth standing in the parking garage. Also had to go down a flight of stairs with all our luggage to get to the elevator. Ice maker not working in apt. Positives. Good location, clean and nice apt with gym and a pool.
