Room was dirty with hair all over the pillows, drapes fell off of wall, room smelled mildly like cigarettes. Staff rel9cated us to another room and was very helpful

This wonderful old 1850s hotel is in need of continued repair. The owners are doing a great job to revitalize the grand place but have a long way to go. One step at a time they are trying. Also opened a dance club which was too late for us to partake but was not heard in the room. Old classic rundown hotel which was clean enough, a nice bed and classic claw foot shower bath. Worth the price and location great being on the waterfront in downtown Lock Haven.

The room was.... well, roomy. It included a kitchen and sitting area. All rooms were on the ground floor. Parking was only steps away.

The condo was lovely, and super comfortable. We were at the beginning of a very long trip, and it was terrific to have a lovely full kitchen, so we could reheat our leftovers, and set up a nice breakfast. The bed was extremely comfortable. Despite being on a busy corner, it was very quiet. It was also great to have designated parking. I have only two issues: the doorway is dark, so seeing the way to get to the pad in order to get to our room key was problematic; and we are people people, so it would have been nice to, at least, meet our inkeepers. Other than that, it was a lovely stay. We were sorry it was so short, and we would definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

Nice restaurant and bar attached. Little hit of traffic noise but for the price and room, definitely worth it.
