Was there just one night for medical appointment late at night . Location was perfect for me and felt safe leaving and coming back late. Staff was very helpful rooms clean and quiet.

Fantastic location. Staff was very helpful, however they did not read the notes for my room upgrade and failed to follow through the next day, so I was a little disappointed at that. The amenities, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff are “A+”, The front desk staff can use a little bit better training as they are quick to judge and come across as questioning motives. The parking, walkable nearby shops and restaurants make this an amazing place and like I mentioned, the support staff saved the experience every single interaction with them.

View was stunning but there are weeds everywhere in front of the cabin(if you have allergies this will be tough). The fire table should have been included in the price and the cooking items were rough and needed replacement. No toaster or microwave. Coffee machine needed instructions and the floor was lifting in some areas. For the price expected more.

The room cleaning was terrible They didn’t even try to clean or make it look good My room wasn’t clean for 3 days and even when they were on my room they didn’t do any work like clean the bathroom or shower or the floor. The food in the restaurant was very poor and kind of not enough food for what they offered on the menu.

Staff was quick to respond to the shower door not closing in my room, maintenance fixed the next morning. They also provided clean towels as we requested additional on some days. House cleaning needs more attention to details, like replacing used drinking glasses on the bar with fresh ones. Only the 9th floor had ice vending machine working, the other two floors had machine issues so no ice available. The thermostat in our room seemed to be defaulting to 73 degrees Fahrenheit in the middle of the night. We were not able to get uninterrupted sleep since we woke up sweating and had to reset/lower the thermostat to our desired setting each night or early morning.
