They said they charge per guest... This is the first time I heard that... They wanted to charge me 236 dlls for 4 guests, I booked thru expedia app, same room $136 dlls. I saved 100 dlls booking with expedia!

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent four-night stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that our room was not cleaned once during our entire stay. Additionally, upon checking in, we noticed the bathroom was not stocked with basic toiletries such as hand wash or shampoo. Even it was not refilled despite requesting for refill. On a positive note, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We also visited the casino, which features slot machines and a nice small restaurant that we found to be quite good. I hope you find this feedback helpful for improving the guest experience.

Blue Mountain is an absolute treasure! Check in was quick and simple. The bedroom space was so comfortable, room was exceptionally clean and well laid out, same for the bathroom. View from the bedroom is amazing. Common space upstairs with pool table, extra bathrooms and sitting areas is a wonderful touch. So many sitting areas to enjoy the outside and views - from the decks to the fishpond! Main house has coffees and teas for whenever you wish. And the breakfast - wow!! Delicious! An absolute gem!!

When we arrived we were assigned a room that smelled horribly like cigarette smoke so the desk person happily switched us. In our new room in the bathroom on the sink were what looked to be two "housecleaning towels" which we overlooked. Upon opening the beds up to sleep, the fitted sheet was not pulled down over the mattress, making it look like the beds were going to be stripped but possibly never were. On hindsight the bed was not neatly made and the coverings were simply pulled up quickly. We were tired and we flipped all bedding to inside out and upside down. Not the best experience. Also, there is no hair dryer in the room but the amenities didn't list there as being one.
