The only thing I liked was the location, which is close to all of Rockland's downtown and waterfront. Otherwise, the rooms were really basic and really small and the halls were carpeted in worn carpet. But the price was enormous. I guess they were taking advantage of it being LobsterFest to charge over $500. for this really disappointing room. Carol Gerstl

The hotel lobby was inviting and the staff was super friendly. Rooms. (including bathroom) were spacious and had a great A/C. The restaurant was super convenient, however we chose to eat elsewhere as the prices were pretty high for their beverages along with a slim menu. Would highly recommend staying at this lovely campus property.

Really nice outside the inside was nice but could be spruced up and decorated the weekend. Lobster bake was good a little pricey for no more than what you got. I would suggest some chips or fries with the lobster roll.

Arnold and the waitstaff at the Tavern was amazing. The rooms were nice and clean. Will definitely stay here on our next annual trip to Searsport.

A great location and beautiful old structure but in serious need of a deep clean.

First floor of property was under construction and looked a bit shabby. Overall unit was good although electronics took some getting used to.
