Staff at check in was rude and seemed like we were an inconvenience. Breakfast staff not helpful and rude. Pretty sure they need customer service training. Check out was polite but was unsure about questions I asked. Sad part we have stayed in the past with a great experience.

We loved everything on out our stay!

Staff was really nice

Woke the man up trying to check in not a huge deal it was a little late. The problem really was that I took a shower and I take HOT showers like turn my skin red like a lobster hot. They don’t have a fan in the bathroom so when I opened the door the steam came out and yes, I know there would have been steam even with the fan however because there wasn’t one at all there was A LOT of steam! The smoke detector is immediately outside the bathroom door, so it went off. They came in as if we were smoking he saw me in my robe. I explained no just got out of the shower. He goes in the bathroom, sees the steam in there and tells me I’m not allowed to shower anymore for the rest of my stay the next morning get denied breakfast because he was getting ready to put it away.
