The hotel is centrally located coffee shops restaurants bars all great. The staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are large clean and comfortable. We recommend the hotel.

Great location, wonderful staff! Would definitely stay again

Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, and our room was kept clean and well maintained. We also appreciated the added sense of security provided by the key card access required to reach the guest room floors. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was a comfortable size. The pub on the main floor had a great atmosphere, with stylish décor, a welcoming ambiance, and attentive staff. The complimentary breakfast offered a good selection of food and was enjoyable overall. However, during busy periods, the staff were a little slow to replenish the food trays, which resulted in guests having to wait for certain items. The only suggestion I would make to improve the overall guest experience would be to update the carpeting in the hallways. The carpets were wavy and uneven in places and appeared somewhat dated. Refreshing them would enhance the overall appearance and quality of the hotel. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily stay here again.

Excellent room. Very clean. Rooms are starting to show their age; especially bathrooms as baseboards are a bit shabby. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. This is our “go to” place to stay and we will definitely be back!
