Stayed on July 7 2026, Wednesday: It’s an older property. Almost vacant, entire complex, seems to cater to v.i.p. Group. Best part of the condo was the outdoor veranda area. Check in at 4pm…wow! Unless VIP, then check in is noon? After a drive from Texas, got there 2 pm. Had to wait 2 hours for a call that unit was ready. Never got the call so went back to office and after a while they let us in to the unit. 4th floor. Elevators all the way. Then the neighbors showed up. Wow so loud sounded like they were in our unit. Thin door separating units was located near living room. Resort fees? For what? No golf found, no marina, no restaurants, 1 pool full of kids, it’s a very large complex, but empty and kind of let go. Branson as a whole was a big disappointment.Most of the attractions were closed or ghosted… Roaring River State Park. THAT WAS NICE.

Great place to stay for a few days to explore Branson. The pool was under renovation and even though the room was amazing.. it was missing a full mirror.. ladies need this.. Also the tub had a hose that leaked.. otherwise great area quiet and safe..

This is a motel type hotel not a 4 star by any means. It was clean though but for the price we paid we could have booked an actual 4-star. No elevator. It was clean. Bed was ok. AC made a creaking noise. Breakfast was not that good but I don't expect much from continental breakfast anyways. If I wanted to book a motel for half the price I would've given 5 stars in review, but I can't anymore because hotels.com mentions its a 4 star hotel whereas its really a well-kept motel.

The reason we gave it only a 3 rating is because the suite had not been carefully cleaned before us. Our 2-yr-old grandson found partly-eaten snacks, a penny, a dime, and a quarter on the floor. When he walked around his bare feet got QUITE dirty. We had to sweep the kitchen before even bringing our things in because of all the crumbs on the floor. This has been one of our favorite places to stay in Branson - we hope they can improve the cleaning going forward.
