Excellent relaxing and enjoyable stay with super accommodation and very helpful staff

Perfect location for exploring The Royal Mile and close to the Waverley Station when we were headed to Aberdeen and on to Shetland. The breakfasts were yummy and the rooms lovely. Book the upper floors if possible, however, as there can be a little bit of noise from the pub. The staff were helpful and friendly 😊

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel the staff were extremely helpful nothing was a bother lovely clean room with air-conditioning will definitely be back

No parking at the property. We checked in after 3 pm and then was expected to check out at 10am and as a result had 19hrs with the apartment. Not enough time and left feeling short changed And the clean team wanted us out at 10am on the . Un happy😳

The restaurant was excellent. Two employees stood out, Tomas was a server at breakfast. He was so kind and very attentive. Javier, was always very professional and gave the best service. Those two made our visit so pleasant.
