Staff were very pleasant. The area and rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Our only complain is we book places specifically for a hot tub which always means it has jets. This one is just a hot pool no jets and unfortunately the pool is frigid and needs to be mildly heated to be enjoyable. It's a polar plunge. Dissatisfied with that but everything was great. Ty

This was our 50th Anniversary celebration with our family. A wonderful week at Yellowstone and the house was perfect for our needs. A few minor feedback items. Three of four clip for hot tub cover are missing, the doorstop for front door was broken. Someone had tried to stick it back with aluminum foil. Not successful. Foam mattress covers should be stored somewhere beside in bedroom closets which renders the closet unusable. Otherwise all was wonderful. Best stocked place we have ever stayed.

The staff both at the front desk and at off-hours customer support were extremely kind and helpful. We had a flight delayed/postponed over to the next day and were worried our hotel/stay would get cancelled. We were able to reach out to the off hours support team who made a note of our late arrival and then the front desk staff ensured our room was ready and available for when we reach.

For this to be cheap it was clean and everyone was nice and it was close to everything.

I have extremely low expectations for cheap motels, and this stay couldn’t even meet them. The room smelled like swamp water when I turned on the AC unit and there were pee stains all over the toilet seat in my room that I had to clean off myself before I could use it. I’ve stayed at motels in developing countries that were cleaner than this. Grimy room, will never stay here again.
