The only issue that I could say is that I wish that the curtains in the bedroom were less transparent. They were definitely see through and offered no privacy at all. It was a nice property, there were critters like from th3 wild but overall no complaints

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Rooms are pretty good clean but maybe there are some rooms a little bit small, the staff in general is friendly and helpful, the beach south view is amazing, in general the it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for beach days and near shopping area (Aventura Mall)

it is a very nice hotel with nice pools and a easy path to the beach, everyone is super friendly and helpful. all the food was delicious from room service food to all the restaurants there. staff at pools were really helpful and nice.
