It is a iconic hotel, well located and family oriented, but have rugs inside the property. Not suitable for allergic sensitive.

I thought this was an abandoned hotel when I arrived

The building is lovely, as are the grounds. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We'll be back for our next stay! Staff extremely welcoming and friendly. Rooms, pool, grounds grounds are well kept and clean. Location in a nice area with restaurants near by walking distance.

#1 Southern Oregon is footsteps away. We were at the tour start stop withing a 5 minute walk. Our room was very clean and included a good sized mini fridge, A K-cup machine and assorted PODS. More PODS were available in the office. The pool was clean and there were chairs and towels located at the pool. Ice machine worked great. We had breakfast two days. On both days there were juices, coffee, yogurts. muffins, bread/bagel selection, butter/cream cheese/jam, make your own waffles with and stuff to put on top. Fresh Fruit was only available on day 2, but we did not ask the front desk what was in the bowl. On day two the bowl had oranges and bananas. Parking was easy to find and usuall available right in front. It was less than a 10 minute drive to the Shaskespeare festival and lots of cute boutiques and restaurants. ( 7-even, Subway, Mexican Food and a Sanwhich shop were all within a 2-3 minute walk from the Inn if you don't want to drive downtown.)

Thoughtfully arranged and provisioned. A hidden gem.

The front desk staff were good, but I didn't interact with them too much for our one-night stay. The room had an odd smell, perhaps musty cleaner odor, but wasn't overbearing. The shower had mold in the grout, and no fan to help relieve moisture/humidity. The shower head was not adjustable and basically spattered water everywhere. Cable tv worked fine. Breakfast was minimal and warm, but nothing to brag about. The property seemed safe and quiet despite being near the interstate. Ample parking. Due to the bathroom, I wouldn't recommend a lengthy stay. It was clear the furniture had been updated recently, but grout cleaner and bathroom fans would be a considerably better investment.
