The facility was a good place to stay for the week we were in Oregon. The room was clean but the shower could have been cleaner. Their breakfast was adequate and the staff was very helpful when needed. Just wish that the towels were stocked for the three people that were in the room. Each time we were given clean towels, they were only for two people. We were registered for three people. The kitchen facilities were very useful, especially the small dishwasher. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

The property, location, and staff were amazing!!! However, the room itself was a little underwhelming due to hearing the upstairs guests all night, the bedroom window opening up to the trash bins, and the shower being extremely cold. Additionally someone woke me up at 3 am drumming on the trash bins, it made me feel unsafe.

The place was cute. Room was really nice and bed was comfy. Close to downtown. Would stay there again.

Next visit to the OSF no question we’ll stay here if available. Short walking distance to everything in downtown Ashland, yet quiet and private.

Very nice location along the river. Staff was super nice and the cookies at night was a night touch.

I was able to have early check in. The private bathroom off the main room was tiny. Coffee and cocoa were nice. The beds were comfy but the accent lights didn’t work and the shampoo dispenser was broken. Price and location were nice.. may book again.. spider webs outside 🤔😊
