The staff was so helpful. We were there for a concert at the commonwealth stadium and it was very convenient to take the train right from our hotel. We were able to park our vehicle safely on the hotel property.

It was a quiet and cozy stay with a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Miles and John we're very helpful with the sign-in process. Will definitely stay again when we're back to Edmonton

For a 3 1/2 star hotel, it was exactly what you would want it to be-- clean, comfortable and convenient. The staff were very helpful, I had a mini-fridge that wasn't working very well and they sent up maintenance immediately to change it out. Appreciated that! A couple of tradeoffs were that there was no bottles of water or other extras in the room, no soap provided in the bathroom, nothing beyond the basics of shampoo, conditioner, body wash. It's been a long time since i've stayed somewhere that doesn't provide these types of things as the default so I made a supply run next door to shoppers drugmart. Having CHOP steakhouse inhouse was also very convenient, however, they don't provide room service for breakfast which is the time you are usually in greatest need for this type of service. I would stay here again, I would just be a little more prepared next time.
