Great but no tv in the room

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

The room was clean and it was just for one night so for one night it was ok . The location was perfect for the event that I was for so it was convenient for me

The shower water did not get hot.

Great location and staff!

Great value for the location. 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants. 15 to 20 minutes to the beach. They frequently fill up water bottles whether your own or the two or three large bottles that they provide. Which is a huge convenience for me. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming! Which I found to be consistent with all the hospitality staff across Miami Beach and South Beach. If I had any suggestion for an area to improve upon, I had a bit of a hard time staying in touch with the front office about housekeeping. I’d suggest you bring your own do not disturb sign. I’m a hotel snob and was unsure about this place. I moved from a hotel in Miami to be closer to an event that was a block away at the convention center. I wanted to walk and avoid two expensive 45 minute to 1 hour Uber rides per day (all week). It was a great decision! I highly recommend this place!
