Excellent budget-friendly hotel. It's an older building but clean and well maintained. The location was super convenient, with a good parking lot (something we didn't realize was a premium in Niagara until we started looking at hotels). Would book again.

The buffet breakfast is amazing! It has anything you'd want for breakfast. The staff was very friendly, helpful in deciphering my map and instructions to our different places we had to be at, and thank you to the bellman who stood outside with us holding our luggage while waiting to see if our Uber ride was going to show.

Clean convenient hotel with a great breakfast. Easy parking and nice gym.

Had a water problem with a puddle appearing by the window adjacent to the A/C unit. Reported it to the front desk when I left. It just was disconcerting when I stepped to the window to look outside and stepped in it. Otherwise, the room was great, the complimentary breakfast was worthless.
