Had to wait 40 minutes to check in. I belive there was a wedding happening and the line was out the door. No real apology or compensation for the additional wait times.

Clean rooms but. No bottled water for drinking !!! Has to go out a block away to buy some. The amenities were spartan , Housekeeping staff was non existent, I requested for extra towels but it took 2 calls is the morning and they weren’t busy at all, Worse is that I put a dig. Out to clean or tidy up the room , but got back at 9 pm snd nothing was cleaned up I am looking for at least some credit for the inconvenience, it’s a shame device is poor, or no people at all,

I decided to stay at Sharaton after my long motorcycle journey and it was the perfect place for me. Starting from their staff at desk to cleaners in the morning, everyone was very friendly, polite and helpful. I really love the amenities of this hotel and area is great too. I would recommend anyone to stay here and hope I can visit again too 😇😇

Great location and well designed room. Bed was comfortable. Management morning touch be text message regularly. Room was not serviced during my two night stay and the staff didn’t inform me that the rooms aren’t serviced daily. Tub/shower combo was difficult to step in and out of safely due to the high sides.
