Swanton Vacation Packages

No one to check us in at 4 pm, and no entry code email the previous day; great. Bathroom was down the hall from our room. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. TV refused to connect to the internet and of course no one there to speak to. The shower was feeble although hot enough. This hotel appears to have no staff and that is no way to run such a place. Oh and the bed was the highest I've ever seen and would be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Avoid this place!

DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I finally did get through, I was placed on hold for over 50 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Being stranded outside the property that I paid for is completely unacceptable. Also the shower-head broke off, rendering one of the bathrooms unusable. I was happy to pay the nightly rate but I requested a refund of the property management fee, given that the services it supposedly covered—responsiveness, maintenance, and reliable access—were nonexistent. My request was denied, and instead I was offered a $250 voucher, which is entirely insufficient and frankly insulting given the circumstances. What I received was hours of inconvenience, unresponsiveness, and unacceptable conditions. I would NOT recommend this property as long as it’s being managed by Eurorentals.

Overall good experience.

We visited this property years ago, and it was lovely. We found it to be dilapidated, loud, and not clean. Our room was in the sports wing. They are beginning renovations, but it will be a long while until it’s a decent place to stay.
