Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast! The views of the lake from the room were superb. Just a heads-up to anyone picky about AC, there is none. There was a fan in our room and with the windows open, the warmth was manageable.

Wow—what can I say? This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. My wife and I highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back. The staff was exceptional and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. After our experience here, it truly made the hotel we stayed at in St. Moritz pale in comparison. If you’re looking for a place with stunning mountain views, a beautiful terrace, comfortable rooms, and a relaxing spa, this is the place to stay. After a long day of exploring, the spa was the perfect way to unwind, and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Staff was very responsive through the entire process, including sending a taxi to pick us up to the train station and deliver us to the residence. The apartment was spacious, clean and exactly what we needed for six travelers. We would definitely stay here again!
