I am not sure where to start. Its more like a room in a house and its very dates. There was how ever a small refrigerator in the room. The beds and pillows are not the Hilton. But you get what you pay for. The parking is very very tight and can be challenging to squeeze into. The staff are very helpful and they did change out towels and trash.

Room was as expected, worked well for our family. The women in the office were very kind and the check-in process was very smooth. We would stay here again.

This is our 3rd year in OC and first time in this hotel. Staff was very nice ands helpful. Property was nice. Having two pools was a selling point for us and the kids enjoyed both very much being that we came during jelly fish season. 2 issues were our door to our room was extremely hard to open and took great effort to make sure it was closed. We were traveling with kids so to ask to move to another room felt like a mission. Also the black out shade did not cover the window so the light from the balcony which was on all night was frustrating. Other than that, our family had such a great time in OC and staying on the boardwalk was a treat.

So the pictures on the website definitely need to be updated. I got a deluxe suite and the pictures did not match what our room looked like in the photos. It showed that we had a nice large open kitchen area with a stove, cooktop, stove, and a regular size coffee pot the kitchen area was nothing like that. There was no full-size coffee pot. It was a Keurig an the Keurig was not very easy to use like most Keurig. I did reach out to the hotel Monte Carlo and she poured me that they did not have any regular sized coffee pots and we went over to use the rooftop pool and they were cleaning rooms and in the storage area where they keep the supplies there were tons of regular sized coffee pots. Also, the outlets in the room need to be replaced or looked at. We had some outlets and the outlets that we had half of them worked an half of them did not, the alarm clocks had outlets and charging areas, but those did not work. We had a nice little balcony that had chairs, but there were no tables out on the balcony so for the price I would say I wouldn’t stay there again. The rooms/condos just need to be really updated and the website needs to reflect the correct accuracy of the room that you’re getting because from the website definitely did not match the room that we received.
