I love their restaurant, daily activities on property and daily discounts for all. Only negative is daily parking fees of $40 and room floor plan was different from what was displayed on Expedia website. However, I would return to property for another trip.

My cousin and I stayed here for a week, checked in Sunday and Checked out Friday morning. We always have a beach week with each other and stay and go to Upham beach or St. Pete beach. We love the area and how walkable it is. We the hotel was great between having a great pool with grille and lots of seating the rooms were clean

Very spacious and clean unit. It felt like a brand new beach condo with modern finishes. We will be back.

I was misled, and very disappointed, this is not a real resort, it’s a motel with a pool and hot tub only. Not on the beach a street over. Check in at a sister location. My place wasn’t that clean because I kept my shoes on at all times. Dirty towels was left on top of the washer. I’m not sure why I’m paying resort fees of $16+ a day. There was no one round until the day I checked out. But overall, I enjoyed the beautiful island and will visit again and explore other options that suit my needs.😢

Property looks to be recently renovated. Nice pool, room is large and has a kitchenette. Only drawbacks I can think of were very minor. Blinds in bedroom could use black out curtains or something darker. So bring an eye mask. Pool closes at dusk which is a shame. Location is a few minutes drive to the main beaches. Great value, clean, and service from front desk and house keeping were very good.
