The property is convenient to town. The facilities are in reasonable condition. We have stayed at this property a number of times over the past 5 years and unfortunately , the breakfast has gotten worse on the last two visits. The previous stay no one showed up to put out the breakfast supplies. On this trip fewer options were available than what was offered in the past. And the juice dispensing machine was not operating and there was only one choice for tea. I hope they can do better.

The room was very clean parking was good the jets in the tub were very weak didn’t really see the staff but the girl I spoke to over the phone was very nice and helpful the tv was very hard to get stations watched them the first night couldn’t get them to work the next night ac was very cold the worst part was the breakfast it was terrible I’m talking about the food raw bacon and bad selection couldn’t even get just eggs and bacon they served it as a omelette the meat was awful me and my wife could not eat it

Upon arrival we fell in love with the outside area of the hotel where there was beautiful and lush landscaping with so many flowers! We were greeted with a friendly staff and had no issues with check in. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean! The shower was delightful!

This is a nice small motel that is close to Bar Harbor. Well kept property and the rooms were great for my business stay and would not hesitate to have my family stay with me while on a vacation. Great room with fridge and coffee machine. Well stocked with towels and shower soaps. Anxious to go again and take my family.

It's an older building, but well maintained... the only (minor) issue we had in our room was one blind got stuck closed. The staff was super accommodating for a late arrival... when we phoned they gave clear instructions on how to access our room, and even managed to provide us breakfast the next morning despite our arrival time being well after the cut-off to submit a breakfast order for the next day. Breakfast was impressively good, with a nice array of choices and great quality delivered promptly to your room at (or even slightly before) the requested time.

Convenient to all attractions and the staff was great

Everyone at the property was super nice, and you can absolutely tell how much work is being put in! The cabin was clean and updated. Loved having a kitchen to cook in after a day of hiking! Unfortunately, I contracted hot tub folliculitis from the hot tub, and I got a painful rash all over my body. Other than that, everything was great.
