So it's a virtual thing. So there is no front desk. Trying to check in was horrible. Thank God for the housekeeper. The rooms we had did smell like a dog kennel. It was a gross smell. The rooms could use some furniture. There is a bed, two chairs and a mirror. That's it. No screen on the window. Oh and a record player that hangs on the wall. I will not be staying there again. But like I said the housekeeper was an amazing lady. Thank you for your help.

Overall good, breakfast was not as expected - was running short of food, barely any variety (mainly bagels/boiled eggs and yogurt) and the one staff was overwhelmed although helpful. Lodge quality overall was good, but didn’t meet expectation.

It was very cute however there was a few misconceptions shown online. For one there wasn’t any indication it was right off the road. The pictures online show it to be tucked in the woods. I also was confused when I checked in to realize we weren’t staying the in the cabin we were staying in a motel room. The pictures all showed a cabin. It wasn’t explained that the “classic room” was not a cabin room. Also the activities listed were not on site and extra costs. When I called to verify if we needed to pay ahead of time they assured me I don’t need to and I can do that when we get there. To our surprise they didn’t even do those activities there. The pool was great! Wish there was clear information on the Expedia site.

DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I finally did get through, I was placed on hold for over 50 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Being stranded outside the property that I paid for is completely unacceptable. Also the shower-head broke off, rendering one of the bathrooms unusable. I was happy to pay the nightly rate but I requested a refund of the property management fee, given that the services it supposedly covered—responsiveness, maintenance, and reliable access—were nonexistent. My request was denied, and instead I was offered a $250 voucher, which is entirely insufficient and frankly insulting given the circumstances. What I received was hours of inconvenience, unresponsiveness, and unacceptable conditions. I would NOT recommend this property as long as it’s being managed by Eurorentals.

Plenty of towels and bedding. The two pools and multiple hot tubs, and sauna provided great after skiing entertainment. The shuttle didn't run for NH vacation week but it's an easy drive across street to mountain. The staff stayed on top of plowing and shoveling. The electric heat is a little erratic in the unit with the loft sometimes feeling like summer. Front desk is well staffed and ready to assist.

Room was very clean. Staff were nice. Signage within the building was not good. The lobby is on the 3rd floor. If you are a city person used to elevators, you'd notice the star on #3. Not being one, i hit the bottom floor which normally goes to the lobby floor, this took me to an area of i assume were conference rooms. The shape of the building is unusual so I found an outside exit, walked around the building, climbed up 2 hills, saw the flags over the lobby entrance and went in there. So, no interior signs to direct you to lobby/pool/etc. Breakfast was ok, not stocked well.

Location is good, value is fair. Furniture old and start being cranky.
