When something goes wrong there is no one to sort it out. We arrived Tuesday late afternoon and found our tv was not working, we told the girls cleaning the rooms the following day as we were leaving who made the comment “ that’s another one to add to the list “

A very enjoyable 2 night stay. Pleasant locaton, very helpful and polite staff and very enjoyable food. Only comment is that the roomwas really too small to have a king sized bed. Recomended.

No receptacles in the bathroom are our only complaint.

Yes. Only issue was no conditioner in shower (bottle was empty). Otherise perfeft stay!

Well presented clean room on the ground floor with excellent facilities. Food and drink excellent. Staff were incredibly helpful with any queries, we felt like one of the family. I have never commented on any other survey before this, so must have have made a very big impression ! Thank you and congratulations to your staff Matt our stay with you was wonderful. Will recommend to friends without hesitation!
