Room good and comfortable. Elevator not working. Laundry worked but it wasn’t charging you for a washing load. The next day the washing machine was “out of order”. Then I had to drive a 40 mile round trip to go to a laundry mat.

Walls are so thin, we could hear everything. Next door neighbor was such a disturbance at 3am... I had to get security, then they had to get police involved. I didn't feel safe with my kid. Other than that nice, clean hotel.

Great place to stay. I fly out to Kansas City monthly and this is the best hotel to stay in. This hotel has everything you need. Like a small town. Not to mention you can gamble in the casino. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, clean

Very helpful communication with Natasha regarding our arrival time and progress during our road trip, and very welcoming when we arrived after a long day of driving. Outstanding spotless and clean room! Delicious breakfast served at 9 o'clock, and a very accommodating and nourishing "to-go" breakfasts prepared for us on the road as we had over 550 miles to drive the following day, Woodstock is a definite stay if we pass through in the future!

Nosotros estuvimos 3 noches y solo el siguiente día limpiaron el cuarto y después nadie llegó, no arreglaron nada no sacaron la basura, teníamos que andar pidiendo toallas limpias papel de baño, en fin todo sucio! Y no fue hasta el segundo día que nos dimos cuenta que la puerta del cuarto no cerraba pues no a cambiaron de cuarto! Todo un desastre mover todo! No vale la pena este hotel y aparte super caro por el mundial ! Más de $400 por noche !

Was clean, helpful staff, had parking, and a short walk to power and light!
