The airport shuttle was very convenient, but the room was quite dated with little upkeep or updates done. Had a musty smell to the whole property. My compliments to the photographer on the website photos because it paints a different picture.

Clean, quiet, great restaurant and pub. Food was over the top delicious!

When we arrived they said it looked like we had already checked in and gave us our room cards and we went up to the room and opened the door and someone elses stuff was already there. So my husband went and talked to staff and they gave us a different room- but it did not make me feel good knowing they gave us a room key to someone elses room. All I could think about was that the same situation could happen to us - and having a stranger being able to walk into our room does not give peace of mind- ugh. Thankfully it didn't happen. They were apologetic but thats about it.

It says parking is included but I had to pay for parking every day. Front desk couldn’t fix it, the people she called didn’t fix it. Missed a work meeting because of the whole ordeal. Just the night is $24.
