Our room was terrible HVAC did not work, no hot water in bath room, and I could not call the front desk because the phone in the room was also broken. I had to physically go to the lobby to report all of the issues. They switched my room and promised me a $25. credit. Next morning room was freezing, broken thermostat. No hot water again. Cold shower. They also renegade on my $25. credit.

The breakfast area was deplorable. The waffle mix was sour, the cereal dispenser was unclean and stale and the trash can was filthy and was not cleaned the entire time we stayed there. Also, they only provided breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. That was not stated in the description. We ordered a room with 2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa. That is not what they tried to give us. We had to pay extra, but we got 3 queen beds. The room was very roomy pretty clean. It had a funky smell.

The water park is new and fun for kids, but heads up it smells like a foot. While my family was playing mini golf the ceiling opened up and started leaking a steady stream of water into the former ballroom now turned mini golf arcade. The room was big and pretty clean, but there are no fans and it smelled like mildew, our little guy had a blast though.
