Room was clean easy check in and I stayed in a studio and it was very spacious. Close to stores and malls enjoyed my visit will be back

New hotel with full kitchen. Everything is new and clean. Good quiet location.

Pool great - hot tub small - air wasn’t working well but they were on top of it

There was no where to put clothes. Kept clothes in suitcase. Hair was in the sink when we arrived. A piece on shower was broken and laying in floor. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. TV in bedroom would not work. They did come and fix that immediately. Carpet had stains also.

one of the desk clerks, Tracy McKee, was particularly sweet, cheerful and helpful. I’d had a spill with some soda in the room and wiped it up with the hand towels so I took them down to the desk and asked if I could trade them in for clean ones. She asked several maids to replace them as they walked by. no. so she went herself to the laundry room and got some clean ones. she came back with a smile, sweet and. cheerful. Every time we saw her she would give us a big smile and a cheerful greeting. she made our day☺️👍🧐❤️
