When I called about it, the front desk person was like “oh well, I’ll report it to maintenance.” For what I paid, they should have moved me to a different room immediately. But they did not care. I guarantee that I won’t be returning.

Stayed here two different times. Room 119 and 121. Both had bed bugs and I was bitten. Itching all over my body right now. Avoid at all costs.

Expedia charged me $614 for 2 nights - at the Kawada when other guests had only paid about $125 per night . The rooms are miserable with no amenities -not even a closet .
