Apparently some front desk staff are unaware that greeting guests when they enter is an industry standard

Everything was just amazing!!

Breakfast was an orange or granola bar. Disappointed. The room was great, but not a door on the sleeping area so the TV interfered. Great concept turning a school into a hotel. Large hallways and room.

Room was very clean. Outdoor pool had no seats. They let in a lot of people for day passes. The staff at the bar never came to get our order. Twice. I finally got an order and they didn't let me close my tab so they added their own tip. $20 parking is ridiculous for one night especially when we are hotel guests. The arcade had half of the games out of order. They didn't drop the ninja course down. They also don't honor Expedia rewards.

Bathroom was not clean & at check in time, no one was there to clean. I jad to clean myself. Stayed in disable room, shower curtain was too short to stop water. Water got on everything. Room wouldn't stay cool. More importantly, Expedia did not inform me I had to pay a $100 deposit that won't be refunded for 30-35 days.
