The night we arrived the lock on the condo didn't work so we had to wait for security to let us in. Maintenance came the next day to fix the lock and said all was good. We realized the next day that the door wasn't locking at all. Maintenance came again and tried to fix it. It worked once and again we had to wait outside in 90 degree heat waiting to be let in. In the condo there was only 2 spoons and 1 fork for us to use, we had to go buy silverware. The kitchen floor was not cleaned well. Cigarette/cigar butts on the balcony and in the screened in porch. During actual check in the associates had little personality other than the Manager, she seemed concerned but admitted they do not get much funding to fix issues.

Incredible stay! Had some issues with hot water but Sherri was on it. Gorgeous home and delicious food.

This was our 1st time at Carolina Beach... Just Beautiful and Peaceful.. We absolutely Loved it.. Hotel and staff were amazing

10/10 experience! The place is affordable, very clean and neat, just a few steps away from the beach, the fair, all the stores, and even the restaurants! We parked our car right in front of the building; we could see it from the window. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
