Roaches crawling all over you at night. When I cut the light on there were so many little ones walking all over the floor I thought I was in a bad dream.

9 floors, two elevators that required 10 minute waits going up and down, large events crowding the lobby. I’d never stay here again. Plenty of hotels in the area

Treated dismissively because I booked with Orbitz. No one tried to fix the heater that was not working in our room.No hair dryer in the room.Trash cans not lined with bags hanging on the side.No tub mat or shampoos. No Smart TV.News flash…it’s 2026.But that heater… indicates to me they don’t have the means to care.

Very loud halls, carpet bunching, people smoking outside brought the smoke into the elevators, elevators need attention, loud rooms, you. An hear when people in other rooms shower, tv’s very old - no streaming abilities, manager not very friendly- very curt and snide. My room never got cleaned for a week even though maids were in hallways at 730 making noise. Would not stay again. Other guests rude.
