There was absolutely no communication with anyone. I messaged many times with different questions or when the TV wasnt working. They never answered once. We had booked a 2 night stay but ended up leaving after the first night. This was my first experience with a host that ignores you. Good luck!

We had a lovely time at the Riverside Cabins. The tiny home we stayed in was plenty spacious for 4 adults, the property itself was gorgeous, and all the staff we encountered were lovely. We’d most definitely stay here again!

I arrived for 1 night off-season. Overall I was pleased with my stay, but was disappointed that the gondola was not running (website did not say only in season), and all restaurants and other amenities were also not available. The only available amenities were the pool, hot tub, and sauna. Staff was very nice and informative. Beds including the pull out sofa were very comfortable!

I wish the listings would show/state where the condo is located within the building. Our's was on the second floor, and we could hear noise above us. I always prefer to book upper level rooms/units, but it was unclear where this unit was located. Otherwise, the unit met our needs.
