This is my second time staying, always positive and I’ll be back again! Clean, food is delicious. I love it. I love the rooms and atmosphere.

Staff were friendly, the dining room had a lovely pub feel with its fire burning and welcoming atmosphere. Great location too!

Cozy little room in the top floor.

Really nice stay after a day walking in the Cotswolds. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The Sunday roast and breakfast the next morning were lovely. Would definitely return.

Don’t be fooled by the name !! This hotel might have been boutique back in the 80’s. My room (7), was decorated by my gran with an eclectic miss match of furniture. The bed was terrible and hardly slept all week, sofas were non usable as sooo uncomfortable, the phone reception was non existent and the WiFi was really as bad. Considering i work away, wifi is pretty critical for my needs and I couldn’t do any work which meant being on site longer than I would have liked. I’m working in Cheltenham till Feb 27 but certainly won’t be coming back here

We met the receptionist nisha she wasn’t very friendly or helpful. Then we were smacked with an unexpected bill of £48 parking for 2 nights that we were not aware about in the first place. We asked to speak with the manager about this but he/she couldn’t be bothered to show up when reception called. The room was fine but dated, the shower was 10/10. The sauna/steam/jacuzzi/swimming 10/10.

Helpful staff, good breakfast and clean rooms.
