WE did not use the amenities so we gave them 3 stars. The room was clean and we did not ask for cleaning during our stay. the coffee was good in the room. The breakfast was very good. We ate both bagels and cream cheese, and eggs and sausage patties. the wifi was ok with no real complaints. The staff was very helpful in directing us towards our THE COMBINE(I would recommend) and the pickup location for UBER. Our only complaint is with the TV was finding programs. Had to click around the remote six or seven times to channel guide. We kept getting directed towards GOOGLE or YOUTUBE. WE must be getting old.

Lots of potential but not a good value. No room or maid service, no spa. No place to hang clothes in a suite. Poor customer service, not ADA friendly. Its a 2 star hotel advertising itself as a 4 star spa resort

1. No elevator. 2. Walls and floors are paper thin. You can hear shower doors being slammed next door and walking from above you. 3. Needs bigger/ fluffier towels. They were so thin and small. 4. Hair/Dirt on wall molding.

Clean and beautiful.
