Patti led the excellent 1.5 hour tour of the outdoor Von Trapp Family cemetery and shared the indoor video of Maria ‘s touching story in her own words. The grounds, interior and warm welcome transport one to Austria.

On-site restaurant nice. Electric kettle and tea/coffee in the room nice. However, when electric kettle was heating, room lights would dim and flicker.

DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I finally did get through, I was placed on hold for over 50 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Being stranded outside the property that I paid for is completely unacceptable. Also the shower-head broke off, rendering one of the bathrooms unusable. I was happy to pay the nightly rate but I requested a refund of the property management fee, given that the services it supposedly covered—responsiveness, maintenance, and reliable access—were nonexistent. My request was denied, and instead I was offered a $250 voucher, which is entirely insufficient and frankly insulting given the circumstances. What I received was hours of inconvenience, unresponsiveness, and unacceptable conditions. I would NOT recommend this property as long as it’s being managed by Eurorentals.

We had a lovely stay at this resort. The rooms were clean and spacious, with an amazing view of the mountains. Perfect area for a peaceful getaway. Our favorite restaurant on the resort was Hearth and Candle. Very great food!

Great little bar, great staff, clean rooms.

I loved the location right in downtown Stowe. I wasn’t expecting so many stairs. The room was funky with a loft bed that felt airless and cramped. We decided to use the pull out couch for sleeping and when we opened it there was hair all over the edges. Not cool. We had to sleep somewhere so we had to make the bed from linens in a closet. The bed was pretty comfortable for a pullout. The place was quiet despite being in the center of town. Our friends stayed in a beautiful room down the hall facing the street, spacious and airy. We got the last available room. Lacks staff with self-check in, so if you have a problem you have to call a number. No amenities to speak of. Not great value for the money. Just not the room we stayed in.

We checked at 3:40 after a 5 hour car ride. Mason was welcoming and gave us a nice orientation to the grounds (including equipment available to play basketball, pickle ball or tennis in the large area behind the inn). There are Arctic hot tubs, a community walking/bike path (bikes and helmets available), the pool was closed for the season. Our favorite feature was the delicious onion soup served in the lodge with cheese & crackers between 4-6! We also walked the grounds and enjoyed the sauna. Our room and bathroom was clean and spacious with HOT water. We would certainly would book a stay at the Innsbruck Inn again.
