This is the cutest place - retro but totally modern. Absolutely spotlessly clean. The man at the desk is very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds, fantastic memory foam pillows, and completely new bathrooms. Easy to get to, and a straight shot to the airport.

The breakfast provided was subpar at best.

Property was a little loud (we could hear footsteps of tenants above us) but loved the hip, safe, urban location. Family loved being walking distance to Salt & Straw!

I had to ask for clean towels every day. They would have made up the room daily only if I had asked for it. But I feel that it should have been done daily anyway. We were there three nights. Garbages were not collected (should have been collected daily). On the other hand I lost my key and they replaced it with no questions asked. The employees were very nice.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Bathroom sink and toilet didn’t flush do drain well.

hotel needs major refurbishing - peeling wallpaper, broken drapes in room our dinner 7/3 for party of 5 had to sit in bar not dining room - the server slammed water glasses on table and was very surly the ice machines are a joke - a freezer with large bags of ice parking is adequate and reasonably priced

Very dusty room

it was a nice place. Some of the things were just kinda weird, like the rules around day spa use and such. But all and all, a good spot.
