Did not even go in. Drove around the property most of the rooms were boarded up. There were a lot of cars that looked abandoned and also had flat tires. Got there too late to cancel and not feel safe to even get out of the car. Did not want my family to stay in a place like this. Would not recommend this hotel for anyone. Spent an hour driving around to get another couple of rooms. Ended up late at night then had an early flight to get to the next morning. Made for a terrible start for our vacation.

The apartment was clean and enough space to accommodate everyone. It was difficult to get in touch with the property especially on the weekends. We requested additional covers which we never received. There were only two rolls of toliet tissue in each bathroom and I was there for 4 nights/5 days. The beds could be more comfortable but overall it was a great stay.

The room was spotless and excellent kitchen equipment! Spot around the hotel is sketchy but if you go with friends or be careful you'll be fine! Host was friendly and helpful with the laundry and always answers questions.

I'm giving this 3 stars because of a mix of good and bad. The good: The apartment was nice, spacious and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and a good size. We couldn't hear the neighbors next to us or above us (although that could be because they weren't home). The parking garage was secure and we didn't have trouble finding a spot close to our room. The place was only a few minutes drive from downtown/Beale St. The bad: The dryer was broken and clearly had been for quite some time. Which was a shame because we were planning on doing laundry. Shouldn't be allowed to advertise washer/dryer when it's not functional. The toilet leaked when flushed. Luckily there was a second toilet in the unit. It's unknown if this one was ever fixed, as no one fixed it in the 2 days we were there. The one bedroom has a bright light right outside the window that stays on all night. The blinds do not adequately block out the light. If you like sleeping with a night light, you're in luck. The other bedroom has windows that block out zero noise. You will hear every car that drives by on the street, that is only a few feet away. If you like sleeping with white noise, you're in luck. The appliances are outdated. Not a big deal, but they are out of the 1990s. Overall, if you're looking for a place to stay near downtown with 2 beds and you're a deep sleeper, this place is nice. If you're planning on using the laundry and kitchen a lot, I'd look elsewhere.

No WIFI until Monday (checked in Saturday)... that's fine. We'll survive. Got ready for the pool. Opened a door to what I thought was the pool. Looked like a storage room and covers/ tarps on the ground. Turns out that was the pool. Was told the poolis closed. Front desk claimed a pipe burst a few days prior. I call BS. With the amount of stuff in that room, it looks like they purposely closed the pool down. The next morning, there was a lock and chain on that door. Rented 2 rooms. One room had a slanted floor. Only noticed it when I walked toward the headboard on the window side of the bed. In the same room with the slanted floor, were ants on the walls and in the bed. Killed a few ants. Got a new room for that night. Luckily, the new room was ant free.

I repeat DO NOT stay at this place. From black mold growing from the ceiling to window in the room doesn’t close, air conditioner falling out from wall, bathroom was disgusting, floors were sticky, beds had cigarette holes in sheets and spiders. Do not waste your time with this place
