I was neither able to access the building nor speak to anyone to get help and had to book a room next door last minute because I sure wasn't going to sleep in my car

We stayed here for one night while visiting Corning. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious and clean, and the innkeeper was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The accommodations weren’t as historic or charming as we’d hoped. The property could benefit from a bit of a refresh. That said, it was comfortable, served its purpose for a one-night stay, and offered good value thanks to its convenient location and free parking.

So breakfast I was not a fan of. I don’t think they were very desirable choices. However we were happy with the rest of the stay.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. Julie was an amazing host. She was very helpful with local travel advice. The place was so quiet and restful. Breakfast is a must.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful, hotel was clean, breakfast was actually very good with several hot options. A few repairs needed around d the property and room but overall very good. We would stay again.

Nice clean property with reasonable prices The staff are always friendly and helpful. Quiet place to stay for days at the Glen. Definitely recommend
