The setting and gardens were fabulous, as was the food and dining experience in the main dining room. The rooms and furniture in the lounge are a bit dated, has that 80's feel. Could use a bit of updatig. Can't say enough about the overall setting, views and dining...

The Innsbruck Inn in Stowe, Vermont was excellent. The Inn was updated with modern comforts while keeping it’s European and historical charm. The rooms were clean and spacious. All rooms have outdoor seating. We were on the second floor, so we also had a balcony and outdoor entrance to our room. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic with many hot and cold food options. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn’t use the hot tub, since it was a rainy day and it was outdoors. The only negative was the muddy parking lot. Otherwise the place was beautiful and comfortable. The grounds are also lovely. There is a covered bridge next to the Inn. It’s 8 minutes from the Stowe Gondola ride. I would definitely recommend staying here!

DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I finally did get through, I was placed on hold for over 50 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Being stranded outside the property that I paid for is completely unacceptable. Also the shower-head broke off, rendering one of the bathrooms unusable. I was happy to pay the nightly rate but I requested a refund of the property management fee, given that the services it supposedly covered—responsiveness, maintenance, and reliable access—were nonexistent. My request was denied, and instead I was offered a $250 voucher, which is entirely insufficient and frankly insulting given the circumstances. What I received was hours of inconvenience, unresponsiveness, and unacceptable conditions. I would NOT recommend this property as long as it’s being managed by Eurorentals.

Very nice stay overall. Booked a room with a deck and expected to be looking at a gorgeous mountain scene, not the parking area. On the bright side however, our room was next to a charging station, a pleasant perk for our Tesla! The room was small, but clean and had all the essentials. Coffee service great the first morning of our stay and a bit “slap dash” the second. The hallways were a bit noisy when guests came and went. The service team was professional and friendly. This property is very attractive and well situated on the Mountain Road in Stowe. They have a nice indoor pool and a sauna, which I enjoyed daily. This lodge is an excellent value for the price … and my wife and I would consider returning the next time we visit Stowe.

The hotel was clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly. We utilized the Tavern bar, the Spa, and the pool area. We had excellent massages and followed up with extra time in the steam room and outdoor hot tub. We also spent time wandering through the property and the gardens. All in all, it was so relaxing! The only negative I would say is that when we entered the main building we noticed a musty smell in the hallways. Not sure if it is older rugs or the woodwork but would have appreciated a fresher cleaner smell.
