The toilet was plugged when we got in the room, the mattress was horrible! The springs were broken and it was a nightmare! The staff member was smoking outside the door when we got there and was dressed very sloppy. We didn’t even know she worked there until she followed us in and sat behind the desk. Then she charged my card on file without asking which card I wanted to use. The was no elevator and we were on the second floor lugging our suitcases up. Would not recommend.

Room was very comfortable and quiet. Daily housekeeping without begging for it and they did a super job. Very clean and well-stocked. A woman named Rhiannon who is in the bar/restaurant was particularly kind and attentive, supplying me with a large container of ice water for my room as I was ready to walk to my room from the restaurant. As I told her, she helped to make this the best hotel experience I have had in at least five years. And I travel often! Would like to stay here again due to the great staff.

Only complaint I have is the pool was pretty cold. Otherwise awesome place great stuff.

Pool was closed! Whole reason why we picked that hotel. Breakfast was no good. Eggs nasty. Our beds had no box spring uncomfortable 😒 and so low. They looked like cots.

Property was under renovation, so it was a little unorganized. Rooms were nice. We didn't have toilet paper or towels stocked in the room. We like the location.
