My Labor Day weekend stay at Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago was exceptional in every regard, marked by refined service, remarkable amenities, and a level of hospitality that felt both genuine and elevated. From the moment I arrived, the staff set a distinguished tone, greeting me with champagne and ensuring every detail of my visit was handled with care. The concierge team was attentive and polished, and throughout my stay I felt consistently supported by a standard of service that exceeded expectations. Room 2791 offered a breathtaking view of the city, with floor‑to‑ceiling windows framing Chicago’s skyline in a way that felt both serene and spectacular. The terrace added an unforgettable dimension, providing a private space to enjoy the city’s energy from above while still feeling completely at ease. Room service was prompt, beautifully prepared, and consistently excellent, enhancing the comfort of the stay. The spa and wellness facilities were equally impressive. Ashanti, Christian, and Byron delivered warm, professional service that made each visit feel personal, and my massage therapist provided a treatment that was both restorative and skillfully executed. The sauna, steam room, and gym were immaculate, calming, and thoughtfully maintained, offering a perfect balance of relaxation and rejuvenation. Pablo also stood out for his gracious and attentive service. This stay left a lasting impression, and I will be making Trump Hotels a part of future travels.✨

The Hotel is Amazing!! Very Clean & Fresh Fragrance Smell when you walk in. Rebecca the concierge is Awesome!! She answered all questions about The Hotel and The City!! the rooms are very spacious and clean, comfortable bed no issues at all. Breakfast Top Tier!! I love the location of the hotel one block away from Michigan Ave/magnificent mile (Nice Shopping District) The location of the hotel is perfect because it wasn’t on the busy strip of the shopping.!! it’s quiet. Two minutes to The Biggest Starbucks 5 levels that was Awesome & 5 minutes from The River Walk, it’s a sweet spot location!!! The Hotel Rooftop ( restaurant & bar) the View is Beautiful!!! I would DEFINITELY stay here Again!!

Amazing place to stay in Chicago!

This hotel was in a perfect location for our visit to Chicago. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She let us check in early, and gave us a list of area restaurants with her favorites highlighted. The room was very clean. It was pretty bare and nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed. The fact that we could park there for free, both the day of arrival and as long as we wanted on our day of departure was such an excellent added bonus. We took a bus down to Michigan avenue and the theater area, then walked to the museum of science and industry the next day and didn't have to pay for parking. It was perfect!
