The restaurants were good, beds were hard air conditioning wasn't working right. We had to come back three times until almost 5 o'clock to get into our room. They weren't ready. Parking wasn't the greatest. had to walk a long ways in the hot sun.

The staff was excellent our only negative occurred when a previous guest broke a bottle in the outdoor swimming pool, thus the pool was closed during our stay. Swimming in the outdoor pool was one of the reasons why we chose to stay at the Elms.

Free parking and plenty of restaurants that were reasonably priced. The Casino was beautiful.

Hotel and staff were pretty good but the breakfast was subpar. Just coffee and muffins

The price was very good. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. That is all that was needed.

When I entered to pay first thing I notice was a foreigner, NOT an American, staring at me from another room. I had already paid online THEN he said I needed to pay an green energy payment of $2.50. I refused and he noted it. This is a WOKE culture hotel Upon entering the room there was a awful terrible smell as if something died in it. They need room deoderizers in all their rooms. When I went to take a shower I noticed a strand of hair still attached to the wall. Gross!! Stay away from this place. It is infested with DEMONS! I had to take authority in JESUS' name to get rid of them.
