Great downtown location. Very clean room. Everything worked - refrig, micro, air-con. Cherry Cafe next door had excellent pastries, coffee and friendly staff.

Digital clerk. Housekeeping by request. Concrete floors. But gets the job done for a lower budget.

The bed moved. Everything including the microwave was plugged into a power block. The outlets near the bed, plugs wouldn’t stay in. The big tub was nice but the non slip at the bottom hurt so it wasn’t enjoyable. Shower had a big step with no bars to hold onto.

Everything was nice. The security guy Carlos ( I think) was cool and I felt safe with him being there. They don’t play about security. My only concern was the A/C froze and I slept all night without any A/C. I thought maybe the host would have accommodated me but nothing was ever said or done. There should be instructions if you have a problem with the A/C. I was out at the convention mostly. Oh and the kitchen sink clogged up, but I wasn’t using it as much so once I reported it to the hostess, both were fixed expeditiously. Becky was cool- the hostess, the security was cool, the neighbors were cool, the setup was cool. Also, there’s no bedroom television but for some ppl may not be a thing. Other than that everything else was good. I enjoy the convention and my stay.

Brie was the property manager on duty 7am-10pm. Brie was the kindest, friendliest and most informative hotel front desk/property manager that we have ever encountered. We love the retro vibe of the hotel, the pool, the Rose Bar, complimentary bicycles, fire pits..
