We enjoyed our stay. Lady at checkin eas great but guy on morning desk was grumpy and rude. I asked another customer if they saw any creamer and he came out being snappy and rude about it then proceeded to scowl at us every time we walked through the lobby before check out. Would stay again and just avoid said guy as much as possible.

Clean room. Better if the water pressure could be more stronger. Staff is friendly. Great location with cops all over the Vicinity esp with high end shoppers.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. We would give 5 stars all the way around, except there really was no staff or amenities. There were several times we would have like to speak with staff regarding locations, food or if there had been some extras offered we might have stayed on property. All in all the home is absolutely gorgeous!

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was pretty and modern. We wished there was Netflix. Parking was close and convenient. Lots of good food to walk to near by. We picked this location for the proximity to Powell’s Bookstore.

Ice machines were broken, vending machines out of order, the first night my fireplace didn’t work and I didn’t even get a discount for it not working, or any offer of any kind. Kind of disappointed with this place this time. Seems to have gone down hill. Staff could have definitely been more helpful
