The place was so nasty that it looked like a crack hole ! Never checked in , tried to cancel on the spot when I pulled in the parking lot!! Do not book this rat hole it is a scam, it is dirty, messy, would not stay there for any reason!!!

Recommend replacing towels. They were threadbare. Room has a musty smell. Room felt like it was missing furniture ( chair in the corner?). Functional and convenient.

Overall very pleased with the hotel and the room. Our room was clean and comfortable. Conveniently located. The pillows were the square type, which are not my favorite, and they weren’t very comfortable. The bed, however, was very comfortable. A few small complaints: The tub faucet dripped unless the handle was turned extremely tight. (This was reported to the front desk). There was a frozen bottle of something left in the fridge and it had busted and left some residue in the door.

Needed more staff for checkin Young woman who checked us in did a great job but seemed overwhelmed Pool was a little chilly felt like the ac was on Room was great except we have an infant with us and alot of exposed wires an outlets had no safety covers(not sure if that is usually am issue) havnt traveled with an infant in a long time We will visit again

Room never got cleaned, the pool was green and edges had stuff growing, thw carpet in room had red, blue spots, the breakfast was trash, and construction going on ,on the 6th floor I was in 5th heard everything, guest services never got back to us to change the room. Other double tress are way better
