Don’t expect decent service. The staff seems to be terribly frustrated to work there and takes it out on guests who ask basic questions. I had booked a room with a queen bed via Expedia and the front desk person gave me one with 2 double beds. He also charged me for the room despite me showing him the booking via Expedia and the fact that I had already paid a portion of the charges and only owed remaining balance. He double charged me and said he cannot do anything and refused to change rooms to the one I originally booked. Won’t recommend to anyone unless you are ok dealing with a short tempered staff that seems to act like they are doing you a massive favor by letting you stay at the hotel.

To begin, they don’t even provide wash cloths in the rooms. On Friday morning, we recieved a knock on the door at 6:39am and again at 8:30am. Both times, the person appeared to be under the influence of illicit substances. He stood outside the room the second time and rummaged through the blue laundry container. This morning, another gentleman knocked on the door at approximately 9am. We also observed someone in the parking lot peeking into cars. The area is sketchy with sketchy characters all around. We won’t stay here again.

No chair or table in the room. Window was unprotected so unable to leave it opened to air the room unless being present in the room. There was a smell in the room from the lack of airflow but after leaving windows opened a whole night it was less noticeable On the good side, the price was very competitive and the room had a refrigerator which was greatly appreciated. Also, I he hotel’s location was excellent with an easy access to the metro network.

The room was clean but very small. We were out pretty late for a movie premiere, by the time we arrived back at the motel, there was no parking. The motel has 12 rooms and 12 parking spots plus 1 handicap spot. Clearly someone brought two vehicles without telling staff meaning we did not have a parking spot. I called the 24 hour number listed on the check-in kiosk which went to a voicemail. I tried to get a hold of someone on the kiosk and the call attendant said to park in the hashmark space that said no parking. Luckily, I didn't receive a ticket but it would be nice if they had security checking vehicles at night. I had to enter my vehicle information when I checked in so I'm assuming so did the other motel guests. Only one vehicle per room should be a part if their terms and conditions.
