Staff was excellent. Didn’t like people off the street coming in to swim. We didn’t feel comfortable with some in the pool. Hot tube was excellent. I wouldn’t pit towels all over, keep on shelve. Didn’t know if someone was sitting there. Room was excellent.

Room was unclear... wrappers of random stuff found around the room

The man who picked us up from the airport was friendly and helpful. Our room appeared clean although had an extremely strong musty smell which was off putting. We didn’t swim but it appeared the pool was open however the hot tub was empty and not able to be used.

It was an unexpected respite from the road. From decor to local shop partnerships in the first-floor space. Loved the bonus hangout space on the second floor. Would stay again without a doubt!

The staff were friendly and helpful. This location was clean and would definitely return.

Check in started at 4pm which is later than most other hotels and even though a room was ready earlier, the front desk staff wanted to charge an extra $25 for early check in. We waited until 4 because that didn’t seem worth it. On previous stays at this hotel, we have always had a great stay, but the breakfast this time was not well stocked and we ended going out to eat instead. Other than that a good stay.

The pillows could be updated and provide tv instructions as we couldn’t figure out how to use the two remotes. Otherwise was good!

We thought the cost didn’t reflect the amenities. The hotel hallways were very loud and disrupting. Kids running down halls. Walls seemed thin.
