I was woken up at 12:30AM by the staff knocking on my door. Asking me who I was. Come to find out that the employee who checked me in forgot to "save it" in the computer. It was the employee who checked me in was the one asking me who I was. I had to remind him of the conversation we had when he checked me in before he was convinced he made the mistake. No apology, no remorse for waking us up, and still acted like it was my fault somehow. Also de-activated my key card, was such a hassle in the morning to try to explain to the new desk employee in the morning that I just gave up since we were leaving anyway. Plus if you like what ever is cheap from Walmart for their "Breakfast" you may enjoy it. I would not complain if they stay was cheap, but it was not!! Paid way too much for how run down the property is.

The room had such a strong smell.of pinesol it gave us a headache. They came ans replaced towels our first day but didn't bother making the bed and on our second day they didn't even bother replacing towels.

It’s an older property that appears to have been updated at some point in the past. Overall I would only rate it as a 2 star property. Also, not at all a good value for what we had to pay. I would not stay there again.

Canceled this booking like 6 times and yet they never canceled on their end here i am still getting attempted charges on my card!!! For a reservation Canceled trying to steal money for a room booking that I never took and was not supposed to be there anymore.

The people working here are the only good thing. They are friendly and hard working. If this is a franchise owned property, the owner has completely dropped the ball on building maintenance and renovation.

Staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. Loved that I could open the window to let in some fresh air!
