The front desk and manager had the worst attitudes I've ever experienced. They are spoiled with all the tour bookings and simply don't care. I stayed five nights and my room key stopped working for five times in three days. I was upset at my fifth visit and asked the front desk for fix it once and for all and all they did was finding the manager who threatened to call police. They didn't even say "sorry". What a shame for such a famous national park.

We were given a room that backed to a trailer park. It was extremely loud outside and didn’t feel safe with that many people right outside our window. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear every step about you. Cleaning staff knocked on our door at 8:30am although checkout wasn’t until 10am. Also checkin staff were rude and mocked booking through a 3rd party such as Hotels.com. I would not recommend this hotel. Pool and restaurant were the best part.

Lovely property in an ideal location for exploring Yellowstone Park. Plenty food and shopping choices all within walking distance. Highly recommended

This place was just old needs updating very bad

Loved the decor and the spaciousness of the property. Location was very convenient to the West Yellowstone entrance.
